How Do I Access My Course?
Once you make payment, you will receive a token that will give you access up to your membership choice.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
While we are working on offering the courses in additional languages, it is currently only available in English.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes, you can learn as much as possible within your membership plan.
How can I make Payment?
You can pay through Bank transfer, Wave Money, Wester Union, World Remit, Small World, PayPal and MoneyGram
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay installments but note that we do not offer refunds.
Is this a physical training or online?
We have:

Face to face training on Zoom online.
- Mobile Training
We can come to train you at your place upon request. This training can also be customized to suit you, your group, institution, organization etc.
- Resident Training
Coming to our base (location) for the training
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, a stable internet connection is required to access both online training and Zoom.
Can I use laptop or a phone?
Yes, you can participate using either a computer or mobile. If you have access to a computer, we recommend using it for best experience.
Is there a certificate for this course?
There is certificate of completion upon successful passing the exam.
